Do we disclose your personal information to anyone outside UK?

SCURFIELD & ASSOCIATES may disclose personal information to our services providers, related bodies corporate and their service providers located overseas, for some of the purposes listed above.

SCURFIELD & ASSOCIATES will take reasonable steps to ensure that the overseas recipients of your personal information do not breach the privacy obligations relating to your personal information.

How can you access and correct your personal information?

You have certain rights to access personal information held by SCURFIELD & ASSOCIATES To request access or to find out what information we have about you, please contact our Privacy Officer (see details below).  Where SCURFIELD & ASSOCIATES holds information that you are entitled to access, SCURFIELD & ASSOCIATES will try to provide you with suitable means of accessing it (for example, by mailing or emailing it to you).  SCURFIELD & ASSOCIATES may charge you a reasonable fee to cover our administrative and other reasonable costs in providing you the information. SCURFIELD & ASSOCIATES will not charge you for simply making the request and will not charge for making any corrections to your personal information.

SCURFIELD & ASSOCIATES’s Privacy Officer will contact you within a reasonable time after receipt of your complaint to discuss your concerns and outline options regarding how they may be resolved.  SCURFIELD & ASSOCIATES aims to ensure that your complaint is resolved in timely and appropriate manner.

SCURFIELD & ASSOCIATES takes reasonable steps to ensure your personal information is protected from misuse and loss and from unauthorised access, modification or disclosure.  SCURFIELD & ASSOCIATES may hold your information in either hard copy or electronic form on our servers and secured third party servers. Personal information is destroyed or de-identified when no longer needed.

As our websites are linked to the internet, and the internet is inherently insecure, SCURFIELD & ASSOCIATES cannot provide any assurance regarding the security of transmission of information you communicate to us online.  SCURFIELD & ASSOCIATES also cannot guarantee that the information you supply will not be intercepted while being transmitted over the internet.
